• Bottega Blond is an Australia-based brand, and all orders are processed and shipped within Australia only.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.
• Bottega Blond reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website.
2. PRODUCT & ORDER POLICY
• All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• Bottega Blond reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. SHIPPING POLICY
• Delivery Area: We only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Shipping Costs: Fees vary based on the delivery address and are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery Time: Estimated 14 business days depending on the shipping method and location.
• Tracking: Once shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email. Bottega Blond is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
4.1 REFUNDS
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
✔ Defective or damaged products upon arrival – Customers must report the issue within 14 days of receiving the order with photo/video proof.
✔ Incorrect items received – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Refunds are NOT available for:
Change of mind purchases.
Used, opened, or altered products.
Final sale items or custom orders.
Shipping fees.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved and may take 7 business days to process.
4.2 EXCHANGE
• Exchanges are available for unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
• To initiate an exchange, contact our support team at hello@bottegablond.com with your order number.
5. PAYMENT & SECURITY
• Payments are securely processed via Mastercad, Visa or Paypal.
• All transactions are encrypted for security, and Bottega Blond does not store credit card details.
• Bottega Blond reserves the right to cancel and refund orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
6. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
• Bottega Blond is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers.
• We are not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to any of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the ingredients list and product descriptions before purchasing.
• Bottega Blond is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of our products.
