Salon Policy

Welcome to Bottega Blond. By confirming your appointment you are agreeing to our Salon Policy.

 

1. BOOKING

  • All clients are required to enter their card details to secure and confirm the booking.

  • This is to protect us against loss of income due to no shows or cancellations.

2. ARRIVAL

  • Please arrive 5-10mins early to your appointment.

  • If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame OR we may offer you an alternate service for the remaining time frame.

  • Due to the intimate size of the studio we do not permit guests as they can disrupt the salons workflow. So leave the guests at home and enjoy some 'me time' all to yourself!

3. CANCELLATIONS

  • We request 48 hours notice for any cancellations.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.

4. NO SHOWS

  • No Shows will incur a fee of 100% of the total service amount.

  • No Shows will NOT be able to book another service until this fee is paid.

  • If you are more than 15mins late to your appointment and we have no heard from you this will be considered a No Show.

5. ADJUSTMENTS

We kindly ask that if you are in anyway not satisfied with your hair that you inform us within ONE week of your appointment.

We are committed to providing excellent service, and ensuring all of our clients leave feeling their best!

Any adjustments to ensure your satisfaction will be complimentary.

This does not include change of mind.

6. SILENT SERVICES

At Bottega Blond we understand that sometimes life can feel overwhelming. 

We work hard to create a serene environment for all guests, this includes our optional 'Silent Service'

Before the beginning of a service a thorough consultation must still take place.

However once that is completed, if while we work you want to relax, put in your headphones, zone out or maybe do some work simply request a 'Silent Service' when booking.

6. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

While our regular availability does not include public holidays we're happy to consider appointment requests.

These appointments are approved at our discretion and will incur a surcharge as a way to be fairly compensated for time working.

If yould like to request an appointment on a public holiday, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to accomodate you!
